Lemons were first brought to Sicily by Arabs when they colonized the island. The volcanic ash in the soil around Mount Etna combines with the Mediterranean climate to produce fruit unique to the island. These lemons are featured on the Limoni di Sicilia pattern.
The Limoni di Sicilia 7.5″ bowl is 2.5″ deep. At nearly 8″ in diameter, it is the perfect size for pasta, soup, or cereal. Measurements are approximate.
