Deruta Holmquist Morning Glory Pink Sugar Bowl
Maine artist, Brita Holmquist, worked closely with artisans in Deruta to create designs dear to lovers of more classical Deruta patterns. The morning glory design was inspired by a porcelain collection belonging to one of Holmquist’s closest friends. It is for this reason that the pattern is sometimes referred to as “Judy.”
This ceramic sugar bowl was handcrafted and hand-painted by the artists in Deruta in the traditional fashion. The Holmquist Morning Glory Pink Sugar Bowl is 4″ in height. Measurements are approximate.
