Deruta Holmquist Blue Morning Glory Teapot
Maine artist, Brita Holmquist, worked closely with artisans in Deruta to create designs dear to lovers of classical Deruta patterns. The morning glory design was inspired by a porcelain collection belonging to one of Holmquist’s closest friends. It is for this reason that the pattern is sometimes referred to as “Judy.”
This ceramic teapot was handcrafted and hand-painted by the artists in Deruta in the traditional fashion. The Morning Glory Blue Teapot is 5.5″ tall and can hold 30 oz. Measurements are approximate.
