This ceramic rooster pitcher was handcrafted and painted by artists Sberna in Deruta, Italy. It brings good fortune because of a 15th-century legend in which crowing roosters alerted Giuliano de Medici to hired assassins approaching. This rooster pitcher is dishwasher safe. It is safe to use for beverages. It also makes a lovely vase!
